My Story
Growing up, I had two passions:
telling stories and playing office.
No one was surprised when I turned my love for storytelling into a business.
At 25, from my couch, with zero startup dollars, a five-year-old, and a baby on the way, I launched a marketing agency. I was fuelled by creativity, scrappiness, and the belief that work should be fun. And for years, it was.
Over the course of 15 years, I built a seven-figure business I was proud of.
And then, a cancer diagnosis changed everything.
The pace I’d been running at; the pressure, the expectations, none of it felt sustainable anymore.
The things I once found fun started to feel hollow.
I craved more meaning, deeper connection, and a bigger impact.
So I turned inward and I did the same work I now guide others through, unpacking my values, revisiting my purpose, and redefining success on my own terms.
That journey brought clarity to what truly matters and gave me the courage to make one of the hardest decisions of my life, stepping away from the business I built from the ground up to focus on helping others create alignment in theirs.
